Position: Customer Team Leader

Location: Kents Bank Road, Grange‑over‑Sands, LA11 7EY

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 22‑39 hours per week (regular overtime, permanent contract, part‑time)

Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6 PM, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Availability can be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

• Own the day‑to‑day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
