Job Description

Your Responsibilities  
You will define and implement the team's long-term vision, objectives, and testing strategy in alignment with departmental goals. 
You will plan, coordinate, and oversee functional validation programs on hydraulic component test benches. 
You will ensure high-quality validation standards and drive innovation by establishing and continuously improving testing methodologies and best practices. 
You will analyze test results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product improvement. 
You will collaborate closely with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to align testing priorities and support product development. 
You will develop and implement standardized testing procedures and data analysis methods to improve efficiency, reliability, and repeatability of validation activities.
