Team Leader Flow Chemistry

Position Purpose

The Chemical Engineer will be responsible to do Process Engineering for Flow Technology and lead the Pilot Team in scale up activities up to commercial scale

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Development:

Assessing current operations to identify bottlenecks and developing solutions that increase productivity at pilot scale
Ensure on time delivery of assigned project in terms of:
On time delivery with target yield and quality.
Well versed in scale up / scale down modules
Having Expertise in Design of Experiments (DOEs)
Smooth scale-up up to KL/PP & Production Scale
Hands on experience in scale up & Engineering Calculations
Design & Implementation:

Designing, modifying, and testing new equipment and production procedures.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Diagnosing, Troubleshooting, and resolving machinery or process malfunctions, often acting quickly to minimize downtime.
