**Job Title:** Team Leader
**Location:** Dubuque, IA (Onsite)
**Assignment Length:** 16 Months (W2)
**Pay Rate:** $42.00 per hour
**Shift Information:** 3rd Shift (10:30pm–6:00am production hours); some Saturday work required; overtime as needed
**Work Environment:** Onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supervising unionized production teams.

Cross border work is not permitted for this role.

We’re seeking a Team Leader for Backhoe Operations to manage safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement for a high-performing team in a unionized production facility.

**Position Overview:**
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily leadership of assigned employees, active driving of safety and continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining production quality, and implementing factory goals for operational excellence.
