We are hiring an experiencedField Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives forEtisalat Fixed Services. The role involves supervising field operations,achieving sales targets, and driving performance in residential communities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead,supervise, and coach field sales teams
- Conductoutdoor sales for Etisalat fixed services
- Assigndaily targets and track team performance
- Ensureaccurate documentation and compliance
- Supportteam during customer interactions
- Maintaindaily performance and activity reports
- 2–4years of field(outdoor) sales experience preferably Etisalat/DU products &others also welcome.
- Teamhandling experience is preferred.
- Abilityto work in field environment and meet monthly targets
