We're looking for a hands‑on Team Leader to drive performance, quality and efficiency across our manufacturing operations. You’ll lead a team on shift, ensure smooth production flow and champion continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment, reporting directly to the Production Team Leader.

At the centre of daily operations you will ensure everything runs safely, smoothly and on time. Commute from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Smethwick, Rowley Regis, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Aldridge, Hockley, Quinton, Darlaston, Willenhall, Bilston, Bloxwich, Wombourne and Oldbury.
