This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, coordinating workflow across the Client Support Officer team while continuing to deliver the full suite of client services, you're passionate about. You'll support consistency, smooth operations, and act as a central point of coordination for the team.
 
What you'll do:

• Receive and action client enquiries promptly, supporting Client Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, tribunal submissions, annual reviews, and compliance matters
