About the Role: As the Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for the installation, repair, replacement of underground distribution assets up to 33kV. You’ll oversee daily field operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support effective job planning and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Technical & Operational Delivery

• Install, replace, repair underground distribution assets (up to 33kV)
• Review job requirements including materials, plant and labour
• Develop work plans and methodologies to deliver work safely and efficiently
• Participate in an after-hours Standby roster
• Complete all field documentation accurately and on time

Planning & Scoping

• Scope work, identify environmental and job-related factors, and plan resources
• Allocate people, plant, equipment, and hours to the appropriate job codes
