Team Leader Care

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based in Cambridge.

The role of the Team Leader is to to support the Ambulance Care Assistants in the successful completion of their role and assist with contract performance, staffing, conduct and quality and standards. Patient care will be at the forefront of your mind at all times and deliver these values to the team. The Team Leader will assist on the road with the transportation of patients as and when required.
This role includes participation in an on-call rota, providing support outside of normal working hours. On-call duties are shared equally among the team and compensated in line with company policy.
Full-time | 5 days out of 7 | 37.5 hours pw | plus on call requirement
