Description:

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional and people leader to join our Strata team at Marsh. This role is available in our Sydney office. This is a hybrid role which offers the opportunity to work three days in the office and two days at home.


In this leadership role, you will provide guidance and support to a team of Account Executives who play a pivotal role in managing and growing our Strata clients. You will also account manage several key clients, with a focus on strategic relationship management.



We will count on you to:

  • Build and maintain constant connectivity with key Strata clients including regular visitation.
  • Manage workflow approvals, development plans and technical oversight and development of staff.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the team.
