Team Leader Beautician

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, guide, and motivate beauticians to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower for daily operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and communicate updates, promotions, and SOP changes.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, and grooming standards.

2. Treatment & Service

• Perform aesthetic treatments (e.g., facial, laser, peel, etc.) according to clinic standards.
• Ensure clients receive professional consultation and excellent service experience.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all procedures.

3. Training & Development

• Provide on-the-job training for new beauticians.
• Monitor skill progression and provide constructive feedback to team members.
