Team Leader and Support Worker

Employment package - £13.45 - £13.55 per hour, Employee Assistance Programme, Funded DBS, Industry recognised training and qualifications, bonus reward scheme.

Vacancy - Permanent two week working pattern at 37.5 hours with alternative weekends. Plus options for overtime regularly. Day team operates between the hours 7:00 to 22:00 with a mixture of early, and lates shifts.

Requirements - This role has a few specific requirements to meet the support needs of the clients: -

- Previous experience supporting with needs associated with Autism, Learning disabilities, Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy etc.

- UK Driving licence (Access to own car would be an advantage)

- Experience in leading others
