Team Lead Technical Support

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation, configuration and troubleshooting our SR series VHF/HF radios to resolve our customers' technical issues. He will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. His ability to work in complex networking environment will also make him an ideal candidate Your tasks Responsible for installation of SR Radio system as per system layout & design
Responsible for configuration of system
Responsible for upgradation of firmware/ software
Carry out pre-acceptance test procedures on systems prior to delivery
Site surveys and preparation of its reports
On site testing, repair/ maintenance of equipment and systems during warranty period
Liaison with customers for system related activity
Contribute in pre- design review meetings with the sales & customers
Able to write technical documents under supervision Your Qualifications Technical Diploma/ degree in Electronics...
