We're looking for a Team Leader – B2B Sales to join our growing team and play a key role in helping Indian exporters save significantly on foreign exchange costs while simplifying international payments.
At Xchangepe, we're building a smarter alternative to traditional banking for businesses receiving global payments. As we scale, we're looking for a sales leader who understands forex, has strong industry relationships, and is excited to drive growth in a high-impact fintech environment.

- Drive new business acquisition across exporters, SMEs, SaaS companies, IT/ITES firms, freelancers, and global service providers
- Build and nurture relationships with exporters, Chartered Accountants, consultants, and trade ecosystem partners
- Lead the complete sales journey—from prospecting and consultative selling to onboarding and revenue growth
- Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team while achieving ambitious business targets
