to lead a team of Sales Relationship Managers for our Central Line business. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, team management, target achievement, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Relationship Managers.
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
Set clear sales targets and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, site visits, and conversions.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
Assist team members in handling critical customer interactions and closing high-value deals.
