**Job Description Summary**
As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for engaging employees in the wiring and/or mechanical functions of production, coordinating activities in expediting the flow of material, parts, and assemblies between areas of production.

**Job Description**

As the Production Team Leader, you will:

+ Manage the assigned area ensuring that safety, quality, production, cost control and & continuous improvement objectives are met while providing technical support and training to employees working in the assigned production areas.
+ Oversee and implement Lean initiatives in the responsible areas.
+ Conduct flash 5 meetings and one-on-one conversations to effectively communicate company policies, objectives, and performance feedback to the workforce in assigned areas.
+ Facilitates cost-effective use of overtime
+ Deliver on-time completion of product produced in the assigned assembly areas
