GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:

Portfolio Management and Marketing of Financial Services

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new business for lease finance, term loans, mortgage finance with major focus on SME sector.
• Prepare Credit Proposals for the approving authorities including CEO, Credit Committee and BOD.
• Retention and servicing of the existing customer portfolio to ensure timely repayments of installments, follow up on any pending Compliance issues like insurance, KIBOR differentials, Annual Reviews with the customer, keep a close liaison with the customers to be updated about their business, industry.
