Team Lead II

Position Summary We are seeking a Team Lead to drive purpose‑driven projects within our engineering service line. The role reports to a Regional Business Manager or Engineering Manager and is based at a Regional Office.

Position Purpose Working closely with other team leads, coordinate service line teammates and maintain the technical capability and production requirements of the discipline.

Responsibilities

Forecast workload for staffing targets and coordinate workload among teammates.

Motivate, train, mentor, and discipline direct reports according to company policies and guidelines.

Provide technical oversight on single‑ and multi‑discipline projects, and deliver technical expertise and design on projects.

Develop teammate career paths and provide performance appraisals, with input from the Engineering Manager.
