Team Lead / Group Lead _Synthesis

Purpose of the Role:

Is responsible for leading a team of synthetic chemists to design, develop, and optimize chemical synthesis routes for key pharmaceutical intermediates & APIs. The role combines hands-on chemistry, people leadership, and project delivery, ensuring timely execution of R&D objectives in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The team will carry out multiple projects in parallel and scales to aid in the business growth of SUPERFORM CHEMISTRIES LTD.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical & Project Leadership

• Plan, design, and execute multi-step organic synthesis for APIs & Pharma intermediates.
• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
• Proven experience in DMF preparation and regulatory submissions.
• In-depth understanding of genotoxic impurities (ICH M7).
