Team Lead, Facilities Security

The Team Lead, Facilities Security is an entry level management role, responsible for playing a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of the Data Center physical infrastructure, equipment, and employees. This role works under supervision of Security Management to ensure that security measures are in place and functioning properly at an assigned data center location. It monitors and maintains access control systems, alarms, and surveillance platforms and assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational security procedures. It provides regular daily supervision and support to a team of dedicated Security Guards and fosters a collaborative and high‑performing culture across the team(s) within its remit.
