Team Lead

**Location:** Everett, WA (Hybrid)

As a Team Lead for Fluke Service Operations, you would are expected to direct the Technicians and support the service cells in their daily work. The Team Lead is also expected to perform on bench work, train other Technicians and bring a Team oriented attitude to the workplace.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Provide daily direction and scheduling for Technicians.
+ Work with team in achieving daily throughput goals
+ Support business objective for OTD improvement and past-due backlog reduction by brainstorming and implementing sustainable countermeasure for throughput misses
+ Communicate and coordinate efficiently with the team and the supervisor on issues and resolution, lead DM discussion and maintain the DM/VM board for the assigned area
+ Works on problems of unusual complexity under minimal supervision.
