Team Lead

About the Role:Goose Industrial Solutions is looking for a technically strong, team-oriented Automation Team Lead to drive our growing portfolio of industrial automation projects. This is a hands-on leadership position, you will be equally at home on the shop floor during site commissioning, at a panel during troubleshooting, and at a desk supporting the design team. You will lead a team of 4–5 automation engineers, mentor them through project execution, and be the go-to technical authority on PLC/SCADA programming, VFD integration, and panel engineering.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 automation engineers across project assignments- Develop and commission PLC programs - Siemens TIA Portal (S7-1200/S7-1500) and/or Rockwell Studio 5000- Configure, programme, and commission SCADA/HMI systems - Win CC, Factory Talk View, or equivalent- Programme, parameterise, and commission Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) across various platforms- Diagnose and troubleshoot ...
