Job description Employee relations focus on the legal and emotional aspects of the employer-employee relationship, ensuring a healthy, compliant work environment. Key objective of this role is to: Key Responsibilities Manage End to End to Employee relation cases including grievances, complaints, misconduct, absenteeism and employee disciplinary actions. Ensure implementation of ER policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks Guide line managers on disciplinary actions and ER processes Assist in disciplinary processes documentation, notices, and meeting coordination Support investigations by collecting information, statements, and evidence. Ensure timely case closure. Maintain ER records, case files, and dashboards with confidentiality Support employee communication initiatives and awareness sessions Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain audit-ready documentation Ensure implementation of ER policies, SOPs and compliance framework Partner with Business Leaders to resolve employee conc...
