Team Lead - Electrical

**Description**
What you will be responsible for:
+ Lead, schedule, and direct a team of Maintenance Electricians in preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
+ Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, GMPs, food safety requirements, and ISO standards.
+ Provide training, technical guidance, and day-to-day leadership to maintenance team members.
+ Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance events, projects, contractor support, and work order completion to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
+ Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair electrical, electronic, automation, HVAC, and facility systems, including motors, drives, transformers, generators, controllers, and low-voltage systems.
+ Develop, maintain, and improve preventive maintenance programs, procedures, and equipment documentation using the CMMS.
