Team Lead, Electrical Engineering

JOB DESCRIPTION The IPMS Team Lead, Electrical Engineering will lead a dynamic team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS) and related subsystems for the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS) and River Class Destroyer (RCD) projects. This leadership role combines technical expertise in electrical systems with strong team management skills to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet program requirements and timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise IPMS team members and embedded contractors, ensuring effective coordination and mentoring of junior engineers.

Oversee subcontractor development of design deliverables and technical purchase specifications for IPMS systems.

Participate in Platform Delivery Teams (PDT) to support design development and integration.
