The Team Lead DO is a dynamic force at the intersection of strategy, process/KPIs definitions, while collaborating and driving seamless alignment across stakeholders and departments. The Team Lead DO uses deep expertise in design creation processes and communication across digital and print channels, ensuring consistency and quality in a complex, multi-channel landscape. 

By continuously optimizing processes, tools, and collaboration, the Team Lead DO fosters innovation, operational excellence, and the continuous evolution of design impact.

• Own the production management of several hundred digital and print assets per month.
