Your new role

As a Client Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team responsible for day-to-day client servicing within Custody Operations. You’ll act as the key point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders, driving service excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement, and fostering a collaborative environment where your team can grow and thrive.
