Job Summary
Primary role is managing resources; Operators, equipment and materials.
Responsible for flow of work through the shop and technical training of Operators.
In addition, the role requires the ability to operate all machinery, and perform the most complex machining, set‐ups, and programming.

Serve as a technical resource and team leader for operators
Train and develop less experienced operators and participate in their development in partnership with VSM
