Warehouse Operative – Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative – Team Lead to support the Supervisor in the day-to-day running of our busy, automated warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who can step up in the Supervisor’s absence.

This position is 8 hours per day (30 mins lunch), with a shift rotation of the hours below:

Monday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Tuesday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Wednesday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Thursday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Monday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Tuesday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Wednesday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Thursday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Supervisor with daily warehouse operations

Provide cover during Supervisor holidays and absences

Organise and manage staff rotas and shift allocation

Coordinate and arrange agency staff when required
