The Team Lead oversees day-to-day operations in a fast-paced receiving department within a large third-party logistics warehouse. This role focuses on leading a team of warehouse employees to achieve safety, efficiency, quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service objectives. The Team Lead works in a hands-on capacity, supporting receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities while guiding team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
