**What’s a typical day as Team Leader? You’ll be:**
+ Supervising semi to highly skilled production and/or maintenance employees to achieve departmental goals.
+ Serving as the first-line liaison between production staff and management, ensuring strong communication and guidance.
+ Monitoring safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency, and taking corrective actions—including discipline—when necessary.
