Teaching & Learning Support Assistant

Actual salary: £17,582 - £17,856. (This is based on the April 2025 pay scales as the April 2026 pay awards has not yet been agreed however expect to be in line with inflation.)

30 hours per week, term time only.

The Governors at Our Lady & St Benedict’s are looking to appoint a Teaching & Learning Assistant to work amongst our school’s small and committed staff team. The successful candidate will support the teacher, parents and other colleagues to help create an effective, safe and purposeful learning environment.

You would be required to cover an after school club and some lunchtime duties within the role and the hours. Level 3 qualification is preferred.

Your main responsibilities will be to work with our Academy Manager & lunchtime team to provide an enriching lunchtime break for the pupils.
