Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with SEMH needs in their educational and personal development.
Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.Requirements:

Essential: Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs.
Optional: Experience working in healthcare or care work
A compassionate and patient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support (preferred but not essential).
