Hours: TA - 25 hours per week

MDM duties - 3.75 hours per week

Salary: TA - NJC Grade 3, SCP 3, £24,796 p.a. pro rata. Actual starting salary - £14,241 p.a.

MDM - NJC Grade 2, SCP3, £24,796 p.a. pro rata. Actual starting salary - £2,136 p.a.

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex

Interviews: Thursday 25th June 2026

What You Need to Succeed

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, positive, dedicated, caring, emotionally intelligent team player to join our friendly, supportive and committed team as a Teaching Assistant. Ideally you are already a Teaching Assistant with experience of working with children in an educational setting or have other experience in working with children and are looking to progress your career in education.
