Teaching Assistant – Winchester

Prospero Teaching is seeking a friendly and committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools in the Winchester area. This long‑term role involves working closely with teachers to support learning, provide additional help to pupils, and contribute to a positive and well‑structured classroom environment.

You will support pupils during lessons, assist with small‑group activities, and offer 1:1 support where required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play a key part in supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
