Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support a variety of SEN and SEMH schools and specialist provisions across the Weymouth area.

This is an exciting opportunity for education professionals who enjoy flexible working and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.

As we work with multiple specialist settings in the local area, there is a wide range of opportunities available rather than one fixed placement. This means you can gain experience in different environments while maintaining the flexibility that supply work offers.

This is an ad hoc, part-time supply position providing cover when schools require additional support. We are looking for experienced individuals who can hit the ground running, adapt quickly to new settings and confidently support pupils from day one.
