Milk Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North Tyneside to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant . This is a full-time role , starting after the February half term, with the potential to continue long term for the right candidate

Teaching Assistant Role:

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and progress. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy

• Supporting phonics sessions where required

• Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis

• Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities

• Supporting pupils with varying abilities to help them reach their full potential
