Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our incredible team as soon as possible at Abbots Farm Junior School. The role will be based in a year group team and will include class-based support, small group or 1:1 interventions and support for pupils with SEN needs. It also includes a daily lunchtime supervision responsibility, as we feel that our TAs are the people best placed to be able to support our pupils’ social development at this key point in the day. Our pupils benefit from an amazing outdoor learning offer across the curriculum as well as at break and lunchtimes – wellies and a raincoat are an essential item on our uniform list and we are looking for a TA that is willing to embrace this ethos.
