Teaching Assistant (Full Time, Temporary)

£462.80 - £475 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications )

The School and Role
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly school in Spennymoor, DL16. Working as part of an established team, the Teaching Assistant will be supporting 1:1 with a child in Key Stage 1 with a diagnosis of Autism. The role would be 5 days a week, 8.30am – 3.30pm. Experience working with SEND would be essential. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

Experience of working with primary school aged children
Experience of working with pupils with SEND
A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
An ability to work as part of a team
