• We are seeking a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team working with children with a range of special educational needs.
• The SEN Teaching Assistant role involves 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils manage their behaviour while fostering academic growth.
• You will work closely with teachers to create a calm and productive learning environment, where every child feels heard and valued.
• This is a full‑time, long‑term position starting immediately, where your ability to manage challenging behaviours with empathy and resilience will be key.
