Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Dibden Park School, Southampton SO45 5TD

Salary: £23,638 per annum (not pro rata)

Welcome Bonus: £500.00 (paid as two payments of £250 after month 3 and upon completion of probation)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

Start Date: May 2026

Eligibility: UK applicants only; no sponsorship available

Interview Process: Face‑to‑face interviews including working with students; allocate approximately 3 hours.
