The role

• Providing targeted support to pupils with SEND across KS1 & KS2 - working one-to-one or in small groups depending on need.
• Assisting class teachers and the SENDCo in implementing individual support plans, strategies and adaptations.
• Supporting children to access the full curriculum, ensuring they are included, engaged, and supported academically and socially.
