Teaching Assistant -SEN

Hours: 1 x 13 hours Thursday/Friday, 1 x 13.25 hours Wednesday/Thursday. Required to start 1st September 2026.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs. The successful candidate will support the Class Teacher in the teaching and welfare of pupils.

• Have experience in teaching and caring for children with special educational needs.
• Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills.
• Can work as part of a team, learning with and from other colleagues.
• Enjoy working independently and with initiative.
• Can work effectively with children either individually or in small groups to enable them to achieve their best.
