We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Haywards Heath, supporting secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support students both within the classroom and through targeted interventions, helping to build confidence, emotional regulation, engagement, and positive learning behaviours within a structured and supportive environment.
