We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable full time Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in achieving their full potential. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide academic, social, and emotional support to learners.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils individually and in small groups.
Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and learning skills.
Support children with additional learning needs (ALN/SEN) where required.
Promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
