Role Overview

You are now recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our multi‑disciplinary team under the leadership and supervision of the teacher. In cooperation with the teacher and under the agreed educational plan you will support pupils, teachers, and the school.

Salary and Working Hours

Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, Band 7 – Scale point 32‑36.

Actual salary: £21,924 – £23,739 per annum (FTE: £26,141 – £28,305).

32.25 hours per week (Mon – Fri 08:15 – 15:00, 16:00 finish on a Tue).
