This role ensures that Zoom sessions with participants run smoothly, supporting Coaches by managing attendance, tracking points, recording notes, sharing assets, observing behaviors, and logging any concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Coaches in facilitating smooth Zoom sessions with children.
• Record attendance and track points earned by children during sessions.
• Take detailed notes on significant events and discussions.
• Share session assets, including slides, games, music, and other activities, with children.
• Create rosters, record skipped sessions, and handle rescheduling and other tasks delegated by the client.
• Observe the behaviour of both Coaches and children during sessions and report any red flags.
• Log any verbal or chat‑related concerns or incidents that arise during the session....
