Teaching Assistant - Pre-Prep

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic full‑time Teaching Assistant to join our Berkhamsted Pre‑Prep School. Working closely with the Class Teacher, you will support pupils’ learning, care and wellbeing, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.

The role involves assisting with classroom activities, supporting children with varying needs, monitoring progress, and contributing to preparation and school life. You will be adaptable, caring and a strong team player, with a good understanding of child development and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
