You will work at the Cotswold Spa Hospital School in Broadway, Worcestershire with an onsite school. The school provides educational services to the young people in our care with a full multidisciplinary team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide on‑hand support to teachers as they design and deliver classroom lessons. This will see you assist in the preparation of these lessons, ensuring the classroom has all materials required and supporting pupils to engage in the syllabus.

You’ll be able to think creatively and build a strong rapport with the cohort, encouraging engagement and supporting their learning, behaviour and social skills progression.
