About the Role

Supply Teaching Assistants are needed to work across a variety of primary schools in Market Rasen and surrounding areas. The role supports teachers and pupils across year groups, welcoming experienced assistants, graduates, and candidates with strong interpersonal skills who wish to help young learners thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning support.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small group support to pupils.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assignments vary from day‑to‑day supply to longer‑term placements, offering flexibility and variety.
